I’ve played with the Bean+ this break. The Bean+ is an Arduino compatible board that can be programmed via Bluetooth. The board comes with a built-in battery, LED, accelerometer and temperature sensor. I thought it could be a cool way to create wearable projects.
I also had hoped to use it via Tickle but as of yet the Tickle app only supports the Bean. So I will wait to see how that goes.
I also have the Grove Expander for the Bean+ this allows you to use a plug and play approach to adding input and output devices to the Bean+. This makes it quite easy to add a sensor or a LED to the board.
I started looking at how the Bean+, Arduino and Bean Loader all come together. A few struggles at the beginning due to my lack of knowledge but slowly I am figuring things out.
