I am getting a website together to showcase the work the grade 6’s did with their interactive fiction stories. So I can learn more about it, I have used EverWeb to create the site.
Although I could host this on my space here at Bluehost. I am using Gdrive to host the site.
To do this:
- I exported the site to a local folder.
- I created a folder on Gdrive and shared the folder Public To The Web.
- I then uploaded all the website assets to this folder.
- I right clicked on the index.html file and opened the file with Google Drive Viewer.
- I clicked on the Preview button to open the site and to get the URL for the index.html file
This is a link to the site. I hope to have it completed by the end of next week so that the students can play each others games. Some interesting games have been built and I have learned a lot more about using Quest to create interactive fiction stories. Have seen kids do some interesting coding without knowing that they were coding! I have been having fun playing the game Giao and Kamille made!
