From the Etherpad blog
We are happy to announce that AppJet Inc. has been acquired by Google. The EtherPad team will continue its work on realtime collaboration by joining the Google Wave team.
No new accounts and the site stays online until March 31. I guess it will be a while before we see what they bring to Google Wave. Sad, I really liked Etherpad.
Update: Guess I was not the only one that was a bit sad about etherpad (http://etherpad.com/ep/blog/posts/etherpad-back-online-until-open-sourced)
